I called Don on a Sunday not expecting him to pick up. I had seen just about every counselor, therapist, psychologist and mental health physician you can think of in my lifetime and hypnotherapy had honestly never crossed my mind until recently. I was in a very low, very dark place and was just expecting to leave a voice mail. This kind, compassionate man spent 2 hours on the phone with me trying to calm me and telling me that he could help me. Three days later I’m in his office and He’s asking me questions about my life and habits and what’s really affecting my life negatively. He then puts me into these mini trances and I honestly don’t remember what he said during my calm state but two days later, I suddenly had the mental fortitude to help MYSELF! As a 33 year old married woman, I never thought I’d be able to develop the self discipline to start changing the habits that have made my life a living hell. Today was session two and I’m already feeling more reinforcement and more positive I can make changes that will stick with me for a long time. Don literally saved my life, bless this man.
